Rotating video taken on an iPhone in Portrait mode

So this weekend I was looking to combine some videos I had taken on my iPhone. Some were taken in landscape, others in portrait. I know, why didn't I just take them in landscape to begin with, right? Turns out, I'm not the only one who's come across this problem before. If you want to do this, basically convert your quicktime video into WMV format, then use Windows Movie Maker to rotate it 90 degrees, then you can combine it with your other videos.
